Claims Supported by This Source
- General inquiries about receiving pensions and notices such as Pension Transfer Notices and Withholding Tax Statements are handled by "Nenkin Dial."
- Appointments for in-person consultations are made via the "Appointment-Only Line," inquiries about Nenkin Teikibin and Nenkin Net have a dedicated number, and inquiries about enrollment are handled by the "Nenkin Enrollee Dial."
- Calls to Navi Dial (numbers starting with 0570) and general phone lines (numbers starting with 03) incur charges. Navi Dial is not covered by flat-rate calling plans. No charges are incurred until the call charge notification message.
- The best times to call are in the evening (after 4 PM), the latter half of the week, and the latter half of the month (after the 20th). Call volume is high for about five days after notices are delivered.
- For consultations, please have your Basic Pension Number or inquiry number (found on notices, etc.) ready. For inquiries from a representative (within the second degree of kinship), the Basic Pension Numbers of both the individual and the representative are required.
- The content of the consultation will be recorded.
- Questions are also answered via "Consultation Chat (24-hour support)" and "Pension Q&A."
How to read the verification levels. "Read Through" means the source was read in its entirety. "Bibliography & Abstract Read" means the bibliographic information and abstract were confirmed. "Via Course Material" means the source was referenced through the textbook or course text. The "Text Hash" is the SHA-256 of the main text from the publisher's page, excluding tags and whitespace, used to detect if the source has been modified.
