- Article 2: The term "Insurance Business" refers to the business of underwriting insurance, such as insurance that promises to pay a fixed amount of insurance benefits in connection with the survival or death of a person and for which premiums are collected, or insurance that promises to compensate for damage that may arise from a certain accidental event and for which premiums are collected.
