European Consumer Centres Network - ECC Net

  1. ECC-Net is a network of independently run offices, co-funded by the European Commission. People living in the EU, Iceland, or Norway can have their national ECC help resolve a dispute with a seller from another EU country (or Iceland or Norway).
  2. You should contact the ECC in the country where you live.
  3. In 2023, assisted over 125,000 consumers and directly mediated with sellers in 22,500 cases. The recovered amount is estimated at over 9 million euros (in the words of the source).
  4. It also cooperates with the UK's International Consumer Centre.
