  1. Special fraud is a crime in which perpetrators gain the trust of victims without meeting them face-to-face, through phone calls, social media, etc., and trick them into transferring money or other assets to a designated account or by other means.
  2. The methods listed are: fake police officer fraud, "It's me" fraud, savings deposit fraud, cash card fraud and theft, fictitious billing fraud, refund fraud, social media investment fraud, and social media romance fraud.
  3. Fake police officer fraud is a method where perpetrators impersonate police officers and trick victims into giving them money or other assets under the pretext of an investigation.
  4. Refund fraud is a method where perpetrators, under the guise of processing a tax refund or similar procedure, trick victims into operating an ATM to transfer money between accounts, thereby profiting from the transaction.
