Claims Supported by This Source

  1. The situation was ascertained through voluntary interviews, etc., with business establishments, and does not capture all cases of separation from employment (note from the report).
  2. As of September 18, 2009, cases implemented or scheduled for implementation between October 2008 and December 2009 were identified at 4,127 business establishments, affecting 238,752 people. Of these, 141,619 were dispatched workers (59.3%).
