Claims Supported by This Source

  1. Under the Pensions Act 2014, the UK State Pension age will rise from 66 to 67 between 2026 and 2028. Those born between 6 April 1960 and 5 March 1961 will reach it at age 66 and a specified number of months.
  2. Under the Pensions Act 2007, it is scheduled to rise from 67 to 68 between 2044 and 2046, and this timing may change with future reviews.
  3. The Pensions Act 2014 stipulates a review of the State Pension age at least once every 5 years.
