1. “‘The band of kippers and money-changers is large, their reach extends to every town and every country. Day and night they clip and change money, carrying away the good coins, and now only copper can be found.’ ‘Their 'kippen' drives many people into poverty and ridicule, and robs them of their livelihood.’”
2. The title singles out Jews, depicting them as followers of the allegorical figure of Greed (Avaritia). It compares them to successors of Caligula and Nero. The conclusion is: 'Stop 'kippen' and live honestly, or the same fate as the minters awaits you.' An example of the contemporary anti-Jewish pattern of blame.
