1. Cover: 4th edition, 30 centimes, publisher at 4 rue Colbert, Paris, 1846. Excerpt from the table of contents includes the items: "The influence of 1815 and Waterloo on the fortunes of Jewish bankers", "135 millions de prime", and "The catastrophe of 8 July".
2. pp. 11–12: "1815 was the year of grace for the House of Rothschild." After March 20, "The vulture followed in the eagle's wake, and Nathan Rothschild was in Belgium, his eyes fixed on Waterloo. He had organized relays of horses to Ostend in advance." Seeing the Imperial Guard fall, he set off himself by express post-chaise, encountered a storm in Ostend, and though sailors said it was impossible to cross, he got a few men into a small boat "by the power of gold."
3. p. 12: "He arrived in London 24 hours before the news, and in one fell swoop, he made twenty million (il gagna d'un seul coup vingt millions). His brothers helped him, and the total profit for this fateful year reached 135 million" (no currency unit specified). "Their speculation and their royalty on the Exchange date from 1815 and Waterloo."
4. pp. 12–14: The victors of 1815 rewarded the house, and the Emperor of Austria granted them the title of baron in 1822. "They grew rich on our poverty and our disasters," "like bloodsucking leeches." For underwriting French government bonds in 1823, James received the Legion of Honour. "The public loans they have negotiated today exceed 8 billion, of which Great Britain's share is over 2 billion."
5. pp. 17–25: An attack on the winning bid for the Chemin de fer du Nord and the allocation of its shares (quoting the anonymous pamphlet "Guerre aux fripons"). A description of the inauguration ceremony (Amiens/Lille) on June 15, 1846.
6. pp. 26–33: An eyewitness account of the "8 juillet" Fampoux railway accident (dated "Fampoux, vendredi 10 juillet"). "The swamp has already given up 39 bodies." p. 30: "He who speculated on the corpses of Waterloo can also speculate on the corpses of the victims of the Northern Railway." Accuses the administration of hiding the news for 48 hours.
7. pp. 34–35 (Conclusion and notes): States, "This pamphlet is directed not at the Jewish faith, but at its greed..." The text consistently portrays the family with terms like "King of the Jews," "the Jewish dynasty," and "vampires" (prejudice preserved in historical sources).
8. End of the book: Advertisement for the 2nd edition of "Le Roi règne et gouverne" (50 centimes) by the same author.
