The small bronze money used by the state of Chu. Because the marks on its face can look like a human face, later ages called it ant-nose or ghost-face money. Knives and spades in the north, these little drops in the south: in Warring States China, monies of different shapes flowed side by side. The piece shown bears the inscription read as 'Jiu Zhu', and the museum clasp is visible as displayed.
