Other charges

Internet connection charges. Bank transfer fees if you choose to pay by bank transfer.

Payment methods

Individuals: credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer. Companies: payment by invoice.

Payment timing

Credit card: charged when you apply.
Bank transfer is paid in advance. Please transfer within 7 days, counting the day after we send the bank transfer email as day 1. If the deadline passes, we may cancel the application after checking whether payment has arrived.
Companies paying by invoice: please pay by the end of the month following the month of the invoice.

When the service starts

Credit card: access starts automatically when the payment is complete. Bank transfer: access starts within 2 business days after NOMISMA confirms the payment, and we send instructions. Companies paying by invoice: access starts after we check the application. In every case, we email you the date and time your access started and the date of the refund deadline.

Returns and cancellation

You can cancel your application before your access starts. Until 23:59 Japan time (JST) on the 7th day, counting from the day after your access starts, we refund the full amount if the service is not right for you. To request a refund, press the "Request a refund" button on My page by this deadline and send the form that appears (once per purchase; giving a reason is optional). We record the time you pressed the button in Japan time and send a confirmation email with a receipt number. A request made by the deadline is refunded even if it is processed later. If you paid by bank transfer, please give the account for the refund in the same form (we do not accept it by email). We bear the transfer fee. From 0:00 JST on the 8th day, we do not accept refund requests. Even after that, in cases such as double charges, billing errors, or where we cannot provide the materials for reasons attributable to NOMISMA, we will look into the situation and respond.
Refunds to customers who paid by bank transfer are made by transfer to the account you specify.
