Claims Supported by This Source

  1. RTGS is a system that executes transfer orders one by one, immediately. Designated-time net settlement settles the net difference at a specific time.
  2. In early 2001, settlement for BOJ current accounts and JGBs transitioned to RTGS. Liquidity-saving features were introduced in October 2008.
  3. Since November 2011, the Zengin System has used RTGS for transactions of 100 million yen or more.
