- Payment timing
- Credit card: charged when you apply.
Bank transfer is paid in advance. Please transfer within 7 days, counting the day after we send the bank transfer email as day 1. If the deadline passes, we may cancel the application after checking whether payment has arrived.
Companies paying by invoice: please pay by the end of the month following the month of the invoice. - When the service starts
- Credit card: access starts automatically when the payment is complete. Bank transfer: access starts within 2 business days after NOMISMA confirms the payment, and we send instructions. Companies paying by invoice: access starts after we check the application.
- Returns and cancellation
- Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept refunds or cancellations after enrolment (account activation). To cancel before activation, please contact us by email.
